In my work I've come to learn that the most successful, engaging, and effective work focuses on the user and consumer. Keeping their needs, truths, practices, and behavior at the forefront yields work that is authentic and useful. Whether designing interfaces, or concepting campaigns the core truth remains the same: keep the user at the center.
Storytelling has also become an invaluable tool in my most compelling work that people are truly drawn to, and inspired by to take action. Stories can turn an idea into an experience.
I enjoy telling stories that people resonate with, allowing them to experience the work rather than simply see it. I seek to do work that moves people to effect positive change in their lives.
I thrive on designing things I LOVE, aligning my own passion points with clients I resonate with has yielded my most successful creative. Collaborating with teams and fearlessly exploring the creative process is one of the reasons I love being a designer. I love people, I love talking about our commonalities and differences, and I love that design is a product of many people's talents and contributions and we're all better for it.
